The period setting adds a slightly nostalgic patina to the story, making it feel raw and authentic, reminiscent of films like 9 TO 5. Unlike 9 TO 5, the script showcases that, in the battle against patriarchy, women don't always unite; it's a war of all against all. This ingenious script is brilliantly executed with excellent control of the craft. It cleverly uses planting and payoff, rapid-fire, cutting dialogue, and introduces vivid and memorable characters, including the smallest ones like DRUNK PAT, OLDER HOTTIE, and FLAG LADY, who are all memorable and incredibly funny. The plot functions like a perfectly oiled machine, while the world it creates is vibrant and rich in funny details. The moral ambiguity of the characters adds intrigue and provides a fertile ground for many humorous situations. Each character, at some point, takes center stage in morally questionable actions, and this makes the story unpredictable and entertaining. The script has excellent pacing and is a real page-turner. The ability to seamlessly tie all storylines makes this script a real pleasure to read. this project, which is both timely and brilliantly written, has the potential to become a critical success and perform well at the box office.”
